About me

I've run the teams. Now I'm on yours.

I grew up in the BPO industry and worked my way up to Operations Manager. I led virtual assistant and customer service teams, and my job was simple: keep every client account running well and keep getting better.

Along the way, I kept learning. I earned a degree in Information Systems and a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate. I edit videos that people want to share, I love spreadsheets, and I build and maintain websites.

Today I bring all of that to you as a remote virtual assistant. I know what good support feels like from the manager's side, so I work the way I always wanted my own team to work.

Dale's Food Products and Catering

Dale is a chef who caters weddings and events. He films each event, and I edit the footage into short videos for his Facebook page. I also edited promos for his food products.

When I flew home to the Philippines, Dale was sad to see our work pause. We still hope to work together again.

Property listings that update themselves

A property management company had four WordPress website templates for its clients. I set up each site with the client's images, branding, and layout. Then I connected their PropertyWare software to the websites with a Google API key.

Now, when a property becomes available or gets rented, the website updates on its own. No one has to edit the listings by hand.

These websites belong to my former employer, so I keep the links and client names private.

Wedding website for Dmitrijs and Michelle

A full wedding website for guests: the event schedule, dress code with style guides, and maps to the church and venues. Guests had every answer in one place.
